How do I cancel?

From your account page → "Subscription" tab, the Stripe Customer Portal lets you cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.

What payment methods are accepted?

Major credit cards (Visa / Mastercard / American Express / JCB), Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed securely by Stripe.

Do I get a receipt?

Stripe automatically emails a receipt for every successful charge to the address on file.

Is the JP site content the same?

The reference catalogue and species pages are shared between the JP and EN sites. The members-only blog stream on the EN side is separate — long-form English writing is published here rather than on the JP site.
