Distribution: Known only from Indonesia and Japan. Body color translucent white. Head tinged orange. Dorsal process elongate, spindle-shaped, translucent white with a white tip and a black color band just below it. Midgut gland yellow. Antennae smooth and long, orange at base and white at tips. Mouth tentacles white. Body length about 7 mm. Locations: Indonesia, Japan.
