Distribution:Known only from Indonesia and Japan Body color translucent white with yellowish-white lines on dorsal surface, dorsal margin, and between mouth tentacles Dorsal process white with yellow color band near apical distal portion Antennae smooth and rod-shaped, translucent white with white, red and white color bands from the tip Mouth tentacles smooth and rod-shaped, translucent white with red near the tip Mouth tentacles about 7mm.
